The courses are structured with a mixture of online learning and
in salon practical classes. Classes are run from Monday to Wednesday including Saturdays

All training takes place in Clare’s Dog Grooming School in Portlaoise, Co. Laois, Ireland.

This hi-tech salon only teaches a maximum of three students per practical class.

Students are given their own workstation and dog to work on from start to finish
per lesson and will be thought on a one-to-one basis for the practical parts of the course.

All courses come with a unique payment plan available, a range of home study learning material and our Pet First Aid and CPCR parts of the course are taught by industry renowned Dr. Sophie Bell Qualified veterinary surgeon and groomer.

Qualification: Ofqual Regulated OCNNI Level 3 Certificate in Commercial Dog Grooming
and Salon Management.
Attendance: 15 lessons plus 20 hours online study.
Course fee: €3750. Fees include: 15 lessons, online home study package, grooming overall,
grooming and salon management manuals, styling charts, qualifications registration,
assessment and certification.
On successful completion of the course students will be able to use CPG – Certified Professional Groomers Post nominal after their name and will receive an IACC Certificate of training as well as their official Qualification Certificate and Qualified Window Stickers.

Course Diploma
Qualification: Ofqual Regulated OCNNI Level 3 Diploma in Commercial Dog Grooming, Animal Welfare & Salon Management includes Pet CPR and First-Aid and Business Salon Management.
Attendance: 25 lessons plus 5o hours online home study.
Two Free Improver Grooming days within 12 months of completion of the course. Course Fee: €5750
Fee includes: 25 lessons, online home study package, grooming overall grooming and business salon management manuals, styling charts, qualification registration assessment and certification.
On successful completion of the course students will be able to use ACPG– Advanced Certified Professional Groomers
Post nominal after there name and will receive an IACC certificate of training as well as their official
Qualification Certificate and Qualified Window Stickers.
